Hmm...It took us a while to swim all the way out here, but if you conserve your strength now it should be fine to swim back too. You'll still have to take into account the extra strength it'll take to swim with an extra person though.

I'll have to calculate for possibly running into sand sharks or something on the way back too, though. That's a lot of math.

[glances at the seal as best as he can from his position and sighs]

[shifts over to try and get the food out without...disturbing the seal too much...results may vary]

Does this count as strategy now? The seal is the one doing most of the work here.

[the seal actually rolls off of Sorey a little and frees one of his legs]

[it's on Mikleo's leg now. squawks indignantly for a moment before covering it up, then finally gets their food out]

I got the seal over here, didn't I?

[Sorey catches the squawk and pushes a puff of seal fur aside to see what happened--and laughs]

You got it to come over with the fish I gave you!

I still did the work, didn't I?

[pushes ineffectually at its fuzzy, blubbery side, then flops over again with a sigh]

Here, here's your food.

That's like half of the--oh, thanks.

[reaching for the food and also trying to shove the seal more onto Mikleo at the same time]

[they have a shoving contest for a couple of minutes! ...the seal is finally disturbed enough to come snuffling up towards the smell of food. unfortunately, since it's between them, that just means its fat body is trapping them both more

mikleo starts laughing]

Just a little! I think the seal wins this one.

[Sorey manages to pull out another piece of fish and tosses it away from them--the seal takes the bait and wiggles off of them in order to get it before the other seals do]
