Yeah, well...I guess it works. Look how worked up we just got.

It's our first time watching a movie so I think we're allowed a little leeway on our reactions.

[He wasn't the one shaking the screen, but he DID get worked up over wanting to help Ariel earlier so he can't say anything.]

This had better not have a tragic ending.

The "animated" movies are supposed to be more lighthearted, so I don't see why it wouldn't have a happy ending. It's just like any other story--she has to overcome the trials that stand in her way first.

[Except now this other girl is coming in???? wow step off lady, Prince Eric is Ariel's]

This is kind of trial-heavy, though -- whoa, hey, is that the shell the witch used?

The sea witch is cheating! She stole her voice!

No, I think he's just. . .a bit of an idiot. Though his never having seen his rescuer's face gives him a little bit of plausible deniability, at least.

He's not very bright if he's missing all of this, brainwashed or not.

There's only fifteen minutes of movie left! She has to do something!

She's going to do something! There's no way she's going to give up after all of that!
